Submission to the UN Special Rapporteur on Privacy

In September 2020, Joanne Evans developed a submission for Rights in Records by Design project in response to a call for submissions to the UN Special Rapporteur on the right to privacy for an examination of the privacy rights of children and how this right interacts with the interests of other actors as the child develops the capacity for autonomy.
